Lebanese Maronite Order

Lebanese Maronite Order was established in the heart of the Catholic Church in 1695 with the aim of reviving monastic heritage and experiencing Christian perfection. Monks follow Christ by observing monastic vows, which are obedience, chastity and poverty, and live a communal life through prayer, and manual, intellectual and apostolic work, in service to the Church.
